You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or damage.

  • New Condition: The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  2. Return Label: Most orders include a return label inside the box. If your order did not include a return label, please email us at info@sprayfiltersdirect.com, and we will send you a digital label to print and use for your return.

  3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  4. Non-Defective and Defective Products: We accept returns for both non-defective (dissatisfied) products and defective products. If the product is defective, the restocking fee may be waived upon review.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important Note:

  • Products returned with signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
